Determine Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class
Path: SPRO - Select SAP reference IMG - Financial Accounting - Asset Accounting - Valuation - Determine Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class (transaction code is OAYZ)
In the menu path select
Step 1) Select position button
Give Asset Class
Enter
Step 2) Select MML1000 (Free hold land)
Double click Depreciation areas folder
Step 3) Deselect Deactivation check box for Area 01 Book depreciation
Layout: Select 2000 (depreciation on asset sub-no level)
Step 4) Select the save button
we receive a message below
Step 5) Select back arrow
Same procedure followed for asset class
MML1100 Factory building
MML2000 Department A
MML3000 Furniture and Fixtures
MML3100 Vehicles and Others
MML4000 Capital Work In Progress
